The basic goal of this course is the theoretical analysis of the processes of social interaction in which the entrepreneurial information is produced and spread. Special emphasis will be given to the study of the human action, the entrepreneurial function, and the resulting creativity and social coordination which emerge spontaneously in the market and society as a consequence of the interaction of the diffferente economic and social agents. The spontaneous order of the market will also be studied, putting it in relation with the rule of law and moral, legal, economic and social institutions that emerge from it and at the same time make it posible. The principle characteristics of a spontaneous market order will be contrasted with those inherent to coactive organizations like the state.
